By accessing or using Timber Cloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Timber Cloud is a managed inference platform that allows you to upload, compile, deploy, and serve tree-based machine learning models (XGBoost, LightGBM, scikit-learn, CatBoost, ONNX) via HTTP endpoints. The Service includes model storage, container-based inference hosting, API key management, load balancing, and auto-scaling.
You must authenticate via GitHub OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the machine learning models you upload. Timber Cloud does not claim ownership of your models or inference data. We only process your models as necessary to provide the Service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
Each deployment is subject to resource limits including CPU, memory, and port allocation. You may run up to 12 instances per deployment. Auto-scaling is available and subject to the configured min/max replica bounds. We reserve the right to adjust limits to ensure fair resource distribution.
API keys are generated client-side and only the hash is stored. Plaintext keys are shown once at creation time. Lost keys cannot be recovered and must be regenerated. You may set expiration dates on API keys. Expired keys are automatically rejected.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, all models, deployments, and associated data will be permanently deleted. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Timber Cloud be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the dashboard.
